What data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide in forms and in the automation assessment: name, company, email, WhatsApp, industry, company size, main challenge, and optional message. In the assessment, we also keep the answers and directional result to prepare our response.
How we use the data
We use the data exclusively to contact you about your request, prepare the diagnosis and solution proposal, and improve service during the conversation.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis and consent
Processing is based on your consent when submitting a form and on the legitimate interest of responding to a commercial contact you initiated, under Brazilian LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contato@orbita.com.br.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for service and the commercial relationship. You may request deletion when the contact ends.
